Citizens Survey - Supported Living for Mental Health
Introduction
We are the Manchester Local Care Organisation (MLCO). This is the NHS and social care services working together to help people within their neighbourhood in Manchester enjoy better health and live longer.
We would like to connect with you to hear about your views on supported living if you have a mental health condition. We want to ask you some questions to help us to be able to commission the right services. Commissioning means buying services, and we are talking about buying services for people of Manchester.
